Here’s the videos from Snowboarder Superpark 16 at Mt Bachelor presented by Gatorade. It was a great event with plenty of good times. 5 days of insane snowboarding went down as legends, rippers, up and comers, photographers, filmers, industry honchos, and Forrest Burki’s dog entered the slopes to find Snowboarding’s most unreal park yet. Loon Mountain, Seven Springs, Mt Bachelor, and Boreal had features to shred and things got heavy really fast. Watch these videos to see all the craziness that went down at Superpark 16.

Day 1:

Retro Fools Day – Old School Snowboarding in 2012

The 3rd annual Retro Fools Day 2012 at Stevens Pass was a day to remember. The event is all about celebrating snowboarding history and re-using the original gear from the past. The Stunt Ditch was an old school hand dug halfpipe for everyone to hit. You had to wear vintage snowboard clothing and use old school snowboard gear. There were some Kempers, Sims, K2, Burton Airs, old Lib Techs and more.
You got more points for Oldschool grabs and tricks, and the more vintage your clothing, the higher you scored. Its a great event for the Northwest snowboard scene.

After 3 months on the road Team Vacation finally made it to Japan – and it was insane!! We rode amazing snow and met even more amazing people.

Mt Baker Banked Slalom 2012 Photos and Video

Watch the Mt Baker Banked Slalom 2012 video featuring Lucas Debari, Blair Habenicht, Josh Dirksen, Terje Haakonsen, Laura Hadar, Travis Rice, Temple Cummins. It was a good time up at Baker for the 27th Legendary Banked Slalom. This year all the big names were there and it was still quite a mellow scene. Legends, pros, ams, and up and comers raced against the clock for a personal best time out of two runs on the Mt Baker Banked Slalom course. The weather was predicted to rain, but really ended up only a little misty with a bunch of sun breaks. The salmon bake was held next to Baker’s new Raven Hut lodge, with a quarter pipe built for a fun jib session.

Red Bull Supernatural Video

Check out the video from the Red Bull Supernatural. Curt Morgan and the crew at Brainfarm dropped us some epic footage to feast our eyes upon while we wait to see the whole thing on NBC. They took the classic style of Travis Rice and company and took it to the contest format in Baldface, BC. Watch out for Art of Flight flashbacks when you view this video.
